I'm a Software Quality Assurance Engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a strong background in testing SaaS and AI-powered platforms from the ground up.

At Termii, I contributed to Project Blitz — a company-wide initiative to unify four customer engagement products (Resolve, Engage, Signals, Fraud Guard) into a single AI-powered platform. My ownership covered core platform testing: authentication flows, RBAC, team management, wallet, settings, and full Admin Dashboard validation.

I believe quality isn't a gate at the end of development — it's woven into every sprint, every requirement, every release. I work closest with product managers, engineers, and designers to build quality in, not bolt it on.

When I'm not breaking things on purpose, I'm building my Playwright automation skills and documenting learnings about testing AI-powered products.
